护理干预社区糖尿病患者遵医行为效果的影响

目的帮助社区糖尿病（DM）患者提高遵医行为，对其进行健康教育和行为干预。方法随机抽取诗书街社区卫生服务中心诊断为DM的患者78例，分为两组，即护理干预组和对照组。对护理干预组患者及家属进行遵医行为及进行饮食疗法、自我监测、运动疗法几方面的指导相关的健康教育；对照组不加任何干预。1年后对两组患者进行遵医率的调查及血糖测定。结果实验组的遵医率明显高于对照组，空腹血糖明显低于对照组。结论社区护理干预在帮助患者提高遵医率，控制血糖，提高DM患者的生活质量方面有重要作用。

Influence of nursing intervention on the medical behavior of diabetic patients in community

Objective To help diabetic patients in community improve their medical behavior,and let them get health education and behavior intervention.Methods Randomly selected 78 patients diagnosed with DM at the health station in Stone Well Street Community,and divided them into two groups,the nursing intervention group and the control group.In the nursing intervention group,let the patients and their relatives get several aspects of the relevant health education guidelines:medical behavior and diet,self monitoring,exercise therapy.The control group didn't get any intervention.One year later,made a survey on the medical rate and conducted blood glucose determination.Results The medical rate of the nursing intervention group was obviously higher than that of the control group; and the blood glucose amount was obviously lower when they had an empty stomach.Conclusion Community nursing.intervention plays a major role in helping patients improve medical rate,control blood glucose,and improve the life quality of DM patients.
