| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者治疗中的临床价值。方法对75例AECOPD患者于入院后次日和治疗10d后静脉抽取血标本,测定血清hs-CRP水平,并结合患者的病情变化情况,进行分析和比较。结果本组75例AECOPD患者经院内10d治疗后,临床控制24例,治疗有效36例,治疗无效15例。在治疗过程中,治疗无效组患者的血清hs-CRP水平(28.59±13.80)mg/L明显高于临床控制组(11.44±6.47)mg/L和治疗有效组患者(21.66±8.09)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P均0.05);而治疗有效组患者的血清hs-CRP水平也明显高于临床控制组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论在AECOPD患者治疗过程中,血清hs-CRP水平与患者的病情演变具有相关性,动态监测血清hs-CRP水平有助于判断患者的病情变化和疗效。 |
