老年吸入性肺炎患者动态监测血清超敏C反应蛋白的临床意义

目的探讨动态监测血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平在老年吸入性肺炎患者诊治中的临床价值。方法对47例老年吸入性肺炎患者于确诊当日、第3天和第7天后静脉抽取血标本,测定血清hs-CRP水平,并结合患者的病情变化和转归情况,进行分析和比较。结果本组47例老年吸入性肺炎患者经相应治疗后,治愈或明显好转34例,死亡13例。病情危重组患者的第3天和第7天的血清hs-CRP水平较病情较轻组均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义;第3天和第7天血清hs-CRP水平与患者的临床肺部感染评分均呈正相关。同时,治愈或明显好转组患者的第1天、第3天和第7天的血清hs-CRP水平均较死亡组明显升高,差异具有统计学意义。结论血清hs-CRP水平变化与老年吸入性肺炎患者的病情演变具有相关性,动态监测血清hs-CRP水平能有效反映患者的病情严重程度和进展情况。

Clinical value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the treatment of the elderly with aspiration pneumonia

Objective To explore the clinical value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the treatment of the elderly with aspiration pneumonia. Methods Blood sample from venous were collected in 47 patients with aspiration pneumonia on admission,3rd and 7th d after treatment.
