2型糖尿病血瘀证患者脂质代谢变化的相关研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨糖尿病血瘀证与脂质代谢的关系。方法 :应用 Olym pas AU6 0 0全自动生化分析仪 ,检测 4 0例血瘀证和 35例非血瘀证糖尿病患者的 TCH、TG、apo A1 、apo B、HDL - C和 L DL - C,并与 2 5例健康人对照。结果 :糖尿病血瘀证和非血瘀证患者的 TCH、TG、L DL - C、apo B水平均高于健康对照组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,而 HDL -C和 apo A1 比健康对照组明显降低 (P<0 .0 1)。同非血瘀证组相比 ,血瘀证组 L DL - C明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,HDL - C和 apo A1 则明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :糖尿病时的血瘀证同脂质代谢紊乱密切相关 ,尤其与 HDL - C、apo A1 的降低以及 L DL - C的升高有关

Level of lipids and lipoproteins of type 2 diabetes patients with blood stasis syndrome
Abstract:Objective:To study the level of lipids and lipoproteins of type 2 diabetes patients with blood stasis syndrome. Methods: Compared the level of lipids and lipoproteins of 40 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with blood stasis syndrome to 35 cases of type 2 diabetes patients without blood stasis syndrome,and 25 health adults as control group, the level of TCH, TG, apoA 1, apoB, HDL-C and LDL-C were estimated by automatic biochemistry analyzer of Olympas AU600.Results:The level of TCH,TG,LDL-C and apoB of type 2 diabetes with or without blood stasis syndrome were all higher than the control group(P<0.01),as the level of HDL-C and apoA 1 were lower than control group. The level of LDL-C of type 2 diabetes patients with blood stasis syndrome was more higher than the patients without blood stasis syndrome, but the level of HDL-C and apoA 1 were lower than the patients without blood stasis syndrome.Conclusions:The metabolism disorder of lipids and lipoproteins may take part in the formation of blood stasis syndrome of diabetes patients, the decrease of HDL-C and apoA 1 and increase of LDL-C should be the important pathology change of type 2 diabetes patients with blood stasis syndrome.
