| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药制剂保心汤治疗过早搏动的临床疗效。方法采用随机单盲法,保心汤治疗217例作为治疗组,慢心律组37例,乙胺碘呋酮组27例分别作为对照组。结果保心汤组、慢心律组、乙胺碘呋酮组的总有效率分别为76.73%、56.76%和81.48%。结论保心汤治疗过早搏动的疗效显著优于慢心律(P0.05),而略逊于乙胺碘呋酮(P0.05)。

| Abstract: | Objective Observation the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine treatment of premature beat with Baoxin Decoction.Methods A randomized,single blinded was used,217 cases with Baoxin Decoction as a treatment group,37 cases with mexiletine,27 cases with Aminodarone as the control group.Results Baoxin Decoction group,mexiletine group,Aminodarone group total effective rate was 76.73%,56.76% and 81.48%.Conclusion The treatment of premature beat with Baoxin Decoction efficacy was remarkable better than mexiletine（P0.05）,but slightly inferior to aminodarone（P0.05）. |
