Comparison of Blood Glucose Detection Between Portable Blood Glucose Meter and Automatic Biochemical Meter

Objective:To explore the comparative effect of blood glucose detection between portable blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical meter.Methods:50 cases of internal medicine patients included in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for study,25 cases in each group.The control group was patients with blood glucose value≤4.2mmol/l,and the observation group was patients with blood glucose value>4.2mmol/l.The precise data comparison between the two groups was observed.Results:After being tested by the blood glucose meter,the precise blood glucose data of the observation group was not significantly changed compared with the control group(P>0.05),and the comparison of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Through the use of portable blood glucose instrument and automatic biochemical instrument to detect the blood glucose of patients,the results of the two detection methods will not have a big difference,and both of them can be within the allowable range,and have a high usability for clinical detection,but portable blood glucose instrument is more easy to be popularized and used,so for the blood glucose monitoring of patients,portable blood glucose instrument can be selected conduct.
