| 摘 要： | 分析５２例急性前壁心肌梗死的下壁导联ＳＴ段变化。按左前降支长短分两组，短组（组１．３５例）和长组（组２．１７例）胸前导联ＳＴ段上移的程度无差异，但组２下壁导联ＳＴ段下移的绝对值和相对值（ＳＴ８０ ａＶＦ／ＳＴ８０ Ｖ２）均较组１显著减轻（皆Ｐ＜０．０１）。组２中有５例（２９％）下壁导联ＳＴ８０在等电位线上或轻微上移。组２下壁导联ＳＴ８０下移减轻或不下移，反映了长左前降支闭塞引起的下壁心肌缺血。 |

| Abstract: | The influence of anatomic variance of the left anterior descending artery(LAD) on inferior ST segment changes in acute anterior myocardial infarction was studied in 52patients. Both the absolute and relative values of inferior ST segment depression were significant-ly smaller in Group 2 patients (n= 35) with a short LAD than in Group 1 patients (n=17) witha long LAD. The ST segments of inferior leads were depressed in all Group 1 patients whereasthey were isoeletric or elevated in 5 of 17 Group 2 patients (100%, vs 29%, P<0. 01 ). Thesefindings suggest that the smaller ST segment depression in inferior leads in acute anterior myocar-dial infarction reflect a concomitant inferior ischemia due to the occlusion of long LAD. |
