摘    要:为了探讨人乳头瘤病毒感染与阴茎肿瘤的关系。用人乳头瘤病毒基因通用引物行聚合酶链反应,检测52例阴茎鳞癌。HPV阳性率为67%,31例为HPV-16,3例为HPV16/18,1例为HPV11/18。4例阴茎淋巴结转移灶标本,3例检出与原发癌一致的HPV.DNA。6例阴茎乳头状瘤标本,4例检出HPV-6或11。20例正常阴茎包皮均阴性。提示HPV有阴茎肿瘤的发生发展中有一定的作用,但与肿瘤的病理分级无

Abstract:The Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship bewteen HPV infection and penile neoplasm. Using general primer mediated polymerase chain reaction(PCR) assay, The HPV. DNA was detected in 52 penile squamous cell carcinomas. The HPV.DNA positive rate was 67%.HPV-16 was identified in 31 cases, HPV16/18 in 3 and HPV11/18 in 1. HPV.DNA was also detected in 3 of 4 cases of lymph node metastasis of penile carcionoma, and they beloned to the same type of HPV as the primary carcinoma. HPV-6 or 11 was found in 4 of 6 penile papillomas. As controls, HPV had not been detected in any of 20 nonneoplastic foreskins. These data indicate that HPV is strongly associated with penile neoplasm and may play an etiologic role in the development of these neoplasms.
