| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)致呼吸衰竭利用双水平气道通气治疗的观察与护理.方法:应用BiPAP无创呼吸机对60例AECOPD患者行双水平气道正压通气,观察其通气2h前后动脉血气变化.结果:通气治疗2 h后,58例患者动脉血氧饱和度明显升高,二氧化碳分压显著降低(P＜0.01),血氧得到纠正.结论:BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗AECOPD疗效肯定,正确的护理对提高疗效至关重要.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the observation and nursing on double level airway ventilation for treating respiratory failure caused by acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:BiPAP Vision ventilator was used to perform double level airway positive pressure ventilation in 60 cases of AECOPD.The changes of arterial blood gas at 2h before and after ventilation were observed.Results:After 2 h ventilation,SPO2 was obviously increased and PCO2 was significantly decreased in 58 cases(P<0.... |
