| 摘 要： | 目的:观察硫酸镁联合高渗盐水湿热敷治疗留置针所致静脉炎的疗效.方法:将120例静脉留置针所致静脉炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组69例,用25%硫酸镁,10%高渗盐水混合液湿热敷;对照组51例,用50%硫酸镁溶液湿热敷,比较两组的治疗效果.结果:硫酸镁联合高渗盐水治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎总有效率94.20%,明显高于对照组82.35%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:硫酸镁联合高渗盐水治疗静脉留置针所致静脉炎,临床疗效优于单独使用硫酸镁.
