| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胎心监护在产程应用中的临床价值.方法:将我院300例产妇作为观察组,全产程进行胎心监护.对照组300例,应用传统的方法听诊胎心.结果:观察组胎儿窘迫检出率明显高与对照组(P＜0.01),新生儿窒息发生率观察组低于对照组(P＜0.01),剖宫产率观察组高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:常规进行全产程胎心监护能有效指导产程处理,决定分娩方式,降低新生儿窒息率,尤其是重度窒息的发生,提高产科质量.
