| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果.方法:对我院30例翼状胬肉患者实施胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的临床资料进行效果评价.结果:30例患者均于取材处伤口术后3天覆盖以新生上皮.角膜创面术后1周得到修复,巩膜创面3周后被结膜上皮覆盖.术后3天植片边界清晰,1周后植片边界模糊.术后随访6～18个月,28例治愈,2例复发,复发率6.67%;1例遗留斑翳,其余病例角膜透明.结论:胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉效果好,值得应用. |
