| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨锁定钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的方法和临床疗效.方法:对2006年1月～2010年4月在我院行锁定钢板治疗的股骨远端骨折23例患者的I临床资料进行分析,根据术后膝关节功能恢复情况评价内固定效果.结果:23例患者均获得随访,随访时间10～18个月,平均13个月.采用Kolement疗效判定标准.其中优12例,良9例,可2例,优良率91.3%.结论:锁定钢板治疗股骨远端骨折具有创伤小,骨折愈合快,内固定可靠等优点,是治疗股骨远端骨折的理想选择. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the method and effect of locking plate in treating distal femoral fractures.Methods：The clinical data in 23 patients with distal femoral fractures treated by locking plate in our hospital from January 2006 to April 2010 were retrospectively analyzed and the internal fixation effects were evaluated according to the recovery condition of knee joint function after operation.Results：23 cases were followed up for 10～18 months（average 13 months）.The Kolement criterion was adopted to evaluate the curative effects.There were excellent in 12 cases,good in 9 cases and fair in 2 cases.The excellent and good rate was 91.3%.Conclusion：Locking plate has the advantages of less wound injury,rapid fracture healing and reliable internal fixation,which is the ideal selection for the treatment of distal femoral fractures. |
