| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声造影判断造影声像图和相关量化指标对子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌瘤鉴别诊断的价值.方法:根据常规超声检查结果筛选三组病例,A组为子宫肌瘤,B组子宫腺肌瘤,C组为不确定,均行超声造影检查,分析每例的造影声像图表现,通过声像图筛选三个时间量化指标Tx,Td,Tp.结果:子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌瘤的造影声像图差异明显,在子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌瘤之间Tx,Td,Tp差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论:超声造影大大提高了对子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌瘤的鉴别诊断能力,是常规超声的有效补充. |
