| 摘 要： | 目的:用正交实验法优选滇产威灵仙中总酚的提取工艺。方法:以30g原药材的总酚提取量为评价指标,选择乙醇浓度(%)、乙醇用量(倍)、提取时间(h)、提取次数(次)为考察因素,采用正交实验L9(34)确定醇提取滇产威灵仙中总酚类的最佳工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为95%乙醇12倍量提取1h,共提取3次。结论:首次进行了滇产威灵仙总酚类正交提取工艺的研究,结果比较可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the optimum ethanol extraction process of total phenols in Inula nervosa Wall.Methods:The extraction of total phenols was choosen as the assessment index.Ethanol of different strength,volumn,extracting time and times were the investigation factors.The optimum ethanol extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design.Results:The optimum ethanol extracting process conditions were as follows: adding 12 fold of 95% ethanol,extracting for 1.0h and three times in all.Conclusion: This optimum extraction process of total phenols in Inula nervosa Wall is reliable. |
