飞行员腰椎间盘突出症病例分析及护理对策

目的探讨不同机种飞行员腰椎间盘突出症的病例特点及护理对策。方法对126例腰椎间盘突出症飞行员的病历进行调查分析,按飞机种类和飞行员年龄进行分类统计,并做比较。结果歼击机飞行员发病率明显高于运输机类和直升机类飞行员（P〈0.05）,而运输机飞行员与直升机飞行员发病率基本相同（P〉0.05）。大于31岁飞行员发病率明显高于小于30岁飞行员（P〈0.05）,31至40岁飞行员和≥41岁飞行员发病率基本相同（P〉0.05）。≥30岁飞行员多反复发作且多转化为慢性病急性发作而入院。结论腰椎间盘突出症发病率与飞行机种和飞行员年龄有一定关系,应采取相应的护理措施。

To explore the lumbar disc herniation pilots and correspondent nursing strategy

Objective To explore the different characteristics of different lumbar disc herniation（LDH） pilots and correspondent nursing strategy.Methods 126 cases of lumbar disc herniation pilots was collected,according to ages and airplane types,to analyze incidence of disease.Results Incidence of LDH in fight-pilots was greater than that in trans-pilots and chopper-pilots（P〈0.05）,incidence of LDH in trans-pilots was almost the same to that in chopper-pilots（P〉0.05）.Incidence of LDH in pilots more than 30 ages was greater than those pilots less than 30 ages（P〈0.05）.Incidence of LDH in pilots between 30～40 ages was almost the same to those pilots more than 40 ages（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Incidence of LDH in pilots is related with different airplane types and different ages.Correspondent nursing strategies should be taken.
