无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜在临床应用以及安全性上的对比分析

目的探究并分析无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜的临床应用及安全性。方法回顾性分析我院自2012年3月-2013年3月收治的需要进行胃肠镜检查的200例患者，将其作为临床研究对象。按实际情况分为观察组和对照组，每组100例。其中观察组患者手术过程中采用无痛胃肠镜进行检查，对照组患者采用常规胃肠镜进行检查。胃肠镜检查前均对患者进行安全性评估以及心理状态调查，确保患者均能耐受胃肠镜检查。此外，对患者的收入水平进行问卷调查。检查后观察并记录下患者不良反应。结果观察组患者胃肠镜检查安全人数所占比例为10％、风险率为29％，在检查安全性上差于对照组；观察组患者胃肠镜前非常紧张人数所占比例16％，明显低于对照组，观察组患者心理状态优于对照组；观察组患者月收入水平在3500元以上的比例为48％，观察组月收入水平明显较对照组好，具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜相比，具有适应性好、减轻患者痛苦等优点，但安全性较常规胃镜检查低，具有一定局限性，临床上应根据需要有针对性对患者选用胃镜检查。

CONTRASTIVE ANALYSIS ON CLINICAL APPLICATION AND SAFETY OF PAINLESS GASTROS- COPY AND NORMAL GASTROSCOPY

Objective To explore and study the clinical application and safety of painless gastroscopy and normal gastroscopy. Methods A total of 200 patients needing gastroscopy in author＇s hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided in- to observation group and control group, 100 cases each group. Patients in the observation group a- dopted painless gastroscopy during operation, while those in the control group were treated with nor- mal gastroseopy. Safety evaluation and psychological states research were carried out to all the patients before the gastroscopy to ensure that they could tolerate the gastroscopy. Besides, the income levels of the patients were researched by questionnaire survey. Then the adverse effects of patients were ob- served and recorded. Results The safe people in the observation group adopting gastroscopy accoun- ted for 10% and the risk ratio was 29%, so the safety degree of the observation group was poorer than that of the control group; the nervous people in the observation group adopting gastroscopy accounted for 16%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group, so the psychological states of the observation group was better than that of the control group; the rate of people in the observation group with the monthly income above 3 500 yuan was 48%, so the monthly income of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with P〈0.05, which was of statistical significance. Conclusion Compared to normal gastroscopy, painless gastroscopy has such advantages as good adaptability and reducing suffering of patients, but its safety is lower than the normal gastros- copy, so it has some limitations. The gastroscopy methods to patients shall be selected accordingly and as required in clinical treatment.
