人工寒潮诱发肾血管性高血压大鼠脑卒中

摘    要:
目的探讨人工寒潮对易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHRSP)脑卒中发生率的影响。方法将复制成功的RHR及正常SD大鼠分为寒潮和非寒潮两大组,放置于人工寒潮环境,测量寒潮前后血压,并从行为学和病理学角度观察脑卒中发病情况。结果人工寒潮后RHRSP组大鼠自发性脑卒中明显增多,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论人工模拟寒潮克服了季节限制且一致性好、易重复;人工寒潮诱发RHRSP发生脑卒中更好地模拟了人类高血压脑卒中的自然发病过程。

Abstract:
Objective To study how an acute artificial cold exposure(ACE) affect the incidence of stroke on renovascular hypertensive rats(RHR).Methods Altogether 360 male Sprague Dawley rats were used throughout the study,among them 180 rats were treated with artificial cold stream,and 180 rats treated without cold stream.The incidence of stroke was analyzed.Results Three days intermittent(12h) ACE significantly increased the incidence of stroke in RHR(P<0.05) as compared with the non-ACE rats(29.3% vs 17.3 %).Conclusions RHR under the acute cold exposure simulation might to be a reliable model for stroke induction study.
