肾钙乳与多发肾结石的鉴别诊断

目的：探讨肾钙乳与多发肾结石的形成机理和鉴别诊断要点。方法：分析５０例多发肾结石及其并发的１８例肾钙乳的临床资料和 Ｘ线表现。结果： ５０例多发肾结石共 ５９个肾脏受累，右侧 ３１个，左侧 ２８个， ９例双肾同时罹病。 １８例肾钙乳均在肾益或肾盏结石的基础上发生，右侧１２个肾脏受累，左侧７个，１例双肾罹病。结论：肾钙乳是多发肾结石一种特殊表现形式，系部分尿路完全梗阻后滞留尿液经肾逆流吸收浓缩，其内无机盐类大量析出和大量有机物质聚结所产生的不透Ｘ线结石与透Ｘ线结石共存的结果。

Differential diagnosis of milk of calcium renal stone and multiple renal calculuses

Objective:Discussion about the milk of calcium renal stone all multiple renal calculuses, mechanism of formation and the main points of differential diagnosis. Materials and Methods: By analyzing fifty cases clinic datum and X-ray manifestation of multiple renal calculuses, of which eighteen cases supervention is milk of calcium renal stone Result: There are total fifty-nine ill kidneys in the fifty cas- es,the right ill kidneys are thirty-one, the left ones are twenty-eight.There are nine cases that their both kidneys are ill.There are eighteen cases of milk of calcium renal stone which occurrence is based on pyelitic calculuses or calculuses of calyces renals. Of the eighteen cases, twelve right kidneys are ill, seven left ones. One case both kidneys are ill. Conclusion:Milk of calcium renal stone is a special form of multiple renal calculuses .When partial urinary passage is obstructed perfectly, the detained urine will be absorbed and concentrated by the refluent system, then, by separating out and congealing, the inorganic salinity and organics inside it will form two kinds calculuses-the roentgeno- parent and the roentgenopaque. They two form the milk of calcium rend stone collectively.
