穴位精确靶点注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的：观察穴位精确靶点注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为穴位注射组（治疗组）和电针组（对照组）,穴位注射组在腰部动、静态平衡的力学原理指导下,采用病变部位穴位精确靶点注射,2d1次。电针组采用电针取穴治疗,每日1次。两组连续治疗15d后评定疗效。结果：2组治疗前后JOA评分比较。结果治疗前后主观症状、客观症状及总分3项指标的积分统计比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,日常生活工作能力与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：穴位精确靶点定位对腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗,能显著改善其临床症状和体征。

Clinical Research of Injecting Acupuncture Point Precisely to Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective:To observe clinical effect of injecting acupuncture point precisely for treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP).Methods:All 60 patients with LIDP were randomly divided into acupuncture point injection group(API group) and electro-acupuncture(EA) group.Under the guidance of dynamic and static balance mechanics,the patients of API group were treated in lesion by injecting liquid accurately,once every other day,and the patients of EA group were treated in conventional acupoints by EA,once a day.Treatment effects were evaluated after 15 days.Results:The JOA system was used to analyze after treatment.The subjective symptoms scores,objective symptoms scores,and total scores were significantly different between the two groups after treatment.And the scores of daily life and work ability were significantly different before and after treatment.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of LIDP patients can be significantly improved by injecting acupuncture point precisely.
