| Abstract: | Anterior mediastinotomy and VATS are today the most common surgical approaches to obtain tissue diagnosis or to remove mediastinal lesions. However, both methods lead to inconveniences. This report demonstrates the advantages of a minimal access mediastinotomy to remove or diagnose mediastinal lesions. |
