| 摘 要： | 细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)活性的测定是了解机体细胞免疫功能的重要方法,在表位鉴定、疫苗效果评价、预测移植排斥反应等研究中广泛应用,因此有效地检测其功能非常重要,本文综合叙述了主流的检测方法及其各自应用。

| Abstract: | The detection of cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) about its activity is a significant method to evaluate the cell-mediated immune reaction,it has been applied widely in epitope identification,vaccine efficacy evaluation,and graft-injective reaction prediction,so it is very important to detect its function effectively.The articles reviews some main methods of CTL detection and its application respectively. |
