摘    要:目的寻找安全有效、无毒副作用的治疗甲亢的方法.方法治疗组140例,采用心俞、肝俞穴埋线配合小剂量他巴唑治疗;对照组122例,采用单纯口服他巴唑治疗.两组治疗前后进行近期和远期疗效对比.结果治疗组近期总有效率92.2%,远期总有效率89.3%;对照组近期总有效率93.5%,远期总有效率79.5%.经统计学分析,两组近期疗效差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),远期疗效差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.005).结论埋线疗法是一种安全有效的治疗甲亢的辅助方法.

Abstract:Objective To search for a safe and effective method f or treatment of hyperthyroidism without reverse effect. Methods The treatment group of 140 cases were treated by catgut embedding at Xinshu (BL 15) and Ganshu (BL 18) combined with small dose of tapa zole, and the control group of 122 cases were treated by simple oral administrat ion of tapazole. The short-term therapeutic effects and long-term therapeutic effect s between the two groups were compared. Results The total short-term effective rate and the long-term effective rate were 92 2% and 89 3% in the treatment group, and 93 5% and 79 5% in the control group respectively, with no significant difference in the sh ort-term effective rate and with a significant difference in the long-term eff ective rate between the two groups (P<0 005). Conclusion Catgut embedding therapy is a safe and effective au xiliary method for treatment of hyperthyroidism.
