长沙市大学生生存质量及其影响因素分析

目的了解长沙市大学生的生存质量及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段整群抽样的原则,利用WHOQOL-BREF量表对长沙市1143名在校大学本科生进行问卷调查。运用多元logistic回归的方法对生存质量的影响因素进行分析。结果长沙市大学生生存质量的生理、心理、社会和环境4个领域得分以及总的健康状况与生存质量得分分别是14.03±2.13分,13.61±2.26分,13.94±2.83分,12.90±2.08分,13.13±2.87分。学习成绩、专业兴趣、体育锻炼、负性生活事件、专业、年龄、家庭结构(是否独生子女)、家庭住地、家庭月收入是生存质量的影响因素。结论长沙市大学生生存质量在生理领域、心理领域和总的健康状况与生存质量方面得分低于全国常模,而环境领域得分高于全国常模,但较其他领域得分仍较低。

Study on the Prevalence and Factors of Quality of Life among Undergraduates in Changsha City

Objective To describe the status of quality of life of undergraduates in Changsha city and explore the influencing factors of quality of life of such population.Methods Using multi-phase cluster sampling method,a total of 1143 undergraduates were tested with WHOQOL-BREF. Logistic regression model was conducted to explore the influencing factors of quality of life.Results Scores of undergraduates＇ quality of life in physical,psychological,social,and environmental domain and the overall perception of health and quality of life were 14.03±2.13,13.61±2.26,13.94±2.83,12.90±2.08,and 13.13±2.87 respectively. Academic record,major interest,excise,negative life events,major,age,single child or not,and family income associated with the score of the quality of life.Conclusion The score of undergraduates＇ quality of life in physical,psychological and the overall perception of health and quality of life are lower than the norm respectively,while the score of environmental domain is higher than the norm,but it is lower than that of the other domains.
