艾司西酞普兰治疗老年期抑郁症伴焦虑症状疗效的研究

目的了解艾司西酞普兰在治疗老年期抑郁症伴焦虑症状患者的疗效。方法将符合入组标准的患者随机分为研究组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),研究组给予口服艾司西酞普兰,对照组给予口服米氮平,分别于治疗前、治疗后1、2、4、6周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,同时给予HAMD焦虑/躯体化因子评分。结果在治疗第1、2周末,研究组HAMD评分与对照组相比评分具有统计学差异(t=2.43,2.64;P0.05),HAMD焦虑/躯体化因子评分显示在第2周时与对照组比较有统计学差异(t=2.27,P0.05)。两组不良反应均较轻。结论艾司西酞普兰治疗老年期抑郁症伴焦虑症状患者,疗效与米氮平相似,但比米氮平能更快地控制患者的抑郁和焦虑症状。

Efficacy Study of Escitalopram in the Treatment of Depression Accompanied with Anxiety Symptom in the Old

Objective To explore the effect of Escitalopram in treating depression accompanied with anxiety symptom in the old.Methods The patients who accorded with the inclusion criteria were divided into study group（n=39） and control group（n=39）.The patients in study group were administered with Escitalopram,and control group treated with Mirtazapine.They were evalulated with Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）,anxiety and somatization factor scores of HAMD before treatment and 1,2,4,6 weeks after treatment.Results At the end of the first and second week,HAMA scores was statistical different in study group compared with control group（t=2.43,2.64;P0.05）,at the end of second week,anxiety and somatization factor scores of HAMD were statistical different（t=2.27,P0.05）.The adverse effects were few or slight in both groups.Conclusion Escitalopram is as effective as mirtazapine in treating depression accompanied with anxiety symptom in the old,but it can more rapidly control depressive and anxiety symptom.
