自我效能理论在脑卒中后抑郁患者康复中的应用

目的探讨自我效能理论在脑卒中后抑郁患者康复护理中的意义。方法将92例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在常规治疗和护理的基础上增加自我效能的干预措施,对照组只接受常规的治疗和护理,比较两组患者入院1个月后的自我效能感(GSES)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分的差异。结果经过评价,两组患者1个月后的自我效能感有显著性差异(t=3.74,P0.05),实验组的自我效能感高于对照组;两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分经过1个月治疗和护理后均降低,而实验组实施自我效能干预后,HAMD评分显著降低,两组比较有显著性差异(t=3.15,P0.05)。结论自我效能理论可以作为脑卒中后抑郁患者康复护理的理论依据,对临床护理工作具有很大的指导意义,在促进疾病康复的同时达到提高护理质量的目的 。

Application of Self-efficacy Theory in Rehabilitation of Patients with Post-stroke Depression

Objective To investigate the effect of self-efficacy theory in rehabilitation nursing of patients with post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 92 patients with depression after stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,Experimental group received intervention of increasing self-efficacy on the basis of treatment and care,the control group only received routine treatment and care.The differences of the two groups of patients were assessed after 1 month of hospitalization with the self-efficacy （GSES） and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD）.Results After patients were evaluated,the self-efficacy of the two groups were significantly different（t=3.74,P〈0.05）.That of experimental group was higher than that of the control group;the scores of Hamilton depression scale of the two groups after 1 month of treatment and care reduced,while after the intervention of the implementation of self-efficacy,the experimental group＇s HAMD scores were significantly lower. The two groups showed significant difference（t=3.15,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Self-efficacy theory can be used as the theoretical basis for clinical care of post-stroke depression has great significance in promoting recovery from disease, while improve the quality of care.
