心理干预对三叉神经痛患者术后抑郁和焦虑症状的影响

目的探讨心理干预对三叉神经痛患者术后抑郁和焦虑症状的影响。方法选择在我院住院治疗的三叉神经痛患者,随机分为单纯手术组和心理干预组,接受不同干预措施后,于术后1周比较两组患者抑郁和焦虑发生情况,评价心理干预对三叉神经痛患者术后抑郁和焦虑症状的影响。结果两组间性别、年龄、病程、受教育程度、术前疼痛强度、术前抑郁者比例和焦虑者比例差别均无统计学意义。术后1周,心理干预组患者疼痛强度(1.2±0.7)低于单纯手术组患者(0.9±0.3),差别有统计学意义。单纯手术组患者中仍有抑郁症状6例(14.6%),心理干预组患者中未出现抑郁者(0%),差别有统计学意义;单纯手术组患者中仍有焦虑症状者10例(24.4%),心理干预组患者中仍有焦虑症状者2例(5.4%),差别有统计学意义。结论术前心理干预可显著改善三叉神经痛患者术后的抑郁和焦虑症状。

Effect of Mental Intervention on Depression and Anxiety in Patients after Operation for Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective To explore the effect of mental intervention on depression and anxiety in patients after operation for trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 78 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were selected from our hospital and divided randomly into surgery group（n=41） and mental intervention group（n=37）.Comparison was performed about the proportion of patients with depression and anxiety between two groups after different therapy.Results There was no difference on sex,age,pathogenesis,level of education,VAS values,proportion of patients with depression and anxiety between two groups.After the surgery,the VAS value of mental intervention group（1.2±0.7） was lower than that of surgery group（0.9±0.3） and the difference was significant.There were 6 patients with depression in surgery group and 0 patients with depression in mental intervention group after treatments,the difference was significant.There were 10 patients with anxiety in surgery group and 2 patients with anxiety in mental intervention group after treatments,the difference was also significant.Conclusion Mental intervention can improve the symptoms of depression and anxiety after treatments in patients with trigeminal neuralgia.
