慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者营养状况与T淋巴细胞亚群分布关系的分析研究

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者营养状况与T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋/CD8＋）分布的关系。方法：将慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者38例,对其进行T淋巴细胞亚群测定;根据患者身高、体重及白蛋白,将其分为营养正常与营养不良2组,分析患者营养状况与T淋巴细胞亚群分布的关系。结果：营养不良组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋比值明显低于营养正常组（P〈0.01）,而CD8＋无明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者营养不良影响T淋巴细胞亚群的分布,导致机体免疫功能下降。

The relationship between nutritional status and T lymphocyte subsets distribution on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective：To investigate the relationship between nutritional status and T lymphocyte subsets（CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋） distribution on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：38 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were mensurated T lymphocyte subsets;according to the patients height,weight and albumin,the patients were divided into two groups,normal nutrition and malnutrition,analyzed the relationship between nutritional status and T lymphocytes subsets.Results：Malnourished group CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio was significantly lower than the normal nutrition group（P0.01）,while CD8＋ no significant change（P0.05）.Conclusion：In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the malnutrition affects the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets,resulting in decreased immune function.
