奎硫平联用西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症阴性症状疗效分析

目的探讨奎硫平合并西酞普兰治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法对以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者80例随机分为奎硫平合并西酞普兰组(合用组)和单用奎硫平组(单用组)。疗程12周。临床评定采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和阴性症状评定量表(SAN S),用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗12周末,合用组有效率显著高于单用组(χ2=4.38,P0.05),SAN S评分明显低于同期单用组(t=6.82,P0.01),TESS评分无显著差异(t=0.65,P0.05)。结论奎硫平合并西酞普兰治疗阴性症状为主的精神分裂症疗效优于单用奎硫平,不良反应少。

Effective Analysis of Quetiapine Combined with Citalopram in the Treatment of Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

Objective To detect the effectiveness and adverse reactions in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia by quetiapine combined with citalopram.Methods A total of 80 patients suffering from schizophrenia mainly presenting with negative symptoms were randomly divided into 2 groups,patients in the 2 different groups were under the treatment of quetiapine combined with（the study group） or without citalopram（the control group） respectively for 12 weeks.Clinical effects were evaluated with BPRS,SANS and TESS.Results Significant differences of the curative effect were observed between the two groups after a course of treatment for 12 weeks（χ^2=4.38,P〈0.05）,score of SANS in study group was significantly lower than that in control group assessed at the corresponding period（t=6.82,P〈0.01）,and score of TESS between these two groups showed no significant difference（t=0.65,P〉0.05）.Conclusion Quetiapine combined with citalopram in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia has more advantages in curative effect and less adverse reactions than that treat with quetiapine solely.
