大学生学习倦怠与主观幸福感的状况及其关系

摘    要:目的探讨大学生学习倦怠与主观幸福感的状况及其关系。方法采用《学习倦怠量表》和《总体幸福感量表》对4个年级的267名在校大学生进行测试。结果大学生学习倦怠得分为23.95±9.22,主观幸福感男、女生分别为76.64±12.38和75.80±10.58。不同年级的大学生学习倦怠总分、情绪耗竭、乏个性化、主观幸福感存在显著性差异(P0.05;P0.01;P0.05;P0.05)。学习倦怠及其各维度都与主观幸福感存在显著的负相关(P0.01)。结论大学生学习倦怠不明显,具备较高的主观幸福感。大学生学习倦怠与主观幸福感显著相关,情绪耗竭和乏个性化可大致预测主观幸福感的水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between learning burnout and subjective well-being of college students.Methods A total of 267 college gtudents in four grades were investigated with the Learning Burnout Scale and the General Well-being Schedule.Results Learning burnout of students was 23.95±9.22. Subjective well-being of boys and girls were 76.64±12.38 and 75.80±10.58. Grade differences were significant in learning burnout,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and subjective well-being (P0.05;P0.01;P0.05;P0.05). And there were significant negative correlations among learning burnout,its components and subjective well-being (P0.01).Conclusion Learning burnout of college students is not obvious with a higher subjective well-being.College students' learning burnout has significant relationship with subjective well-being. Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization can roughly predict the level of subjective well-being.
