骨髓间质干细胞移植对自发性高血压大鼠肾脏损伤的影响

摘    要:
目的通过对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)接受骨髓间质干细胞(MSCs)移植干预后肾脏结构及相关蛋白的表达水平变化的研究,探讨MSCs对高血压肾脏损害的作用。方法选取SHR作为研究对象,进行左心室直接注射MSCs,4周后对实验动物的肾脏结构进行病理学分析,并对肾脏局部组织中血红素加氧酶等活性蛋白表达水平进行检测及分析。结果MSCs能部分修复肾小球损伤,减轻肾脏间质纤维化程度,促进肾脏局部组织中血红素加氧酶的表达,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P〈0.01)。结论MSCs移植治疗能够减少SHR肾脏损伤程度,减少肾小球损伤,改善肾间质纤维化过程,部分逆转高血压肾脏损害的进程。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the changes of renal structure after MSCs transplantation in SHR and so as to make clear the effect of MSCs on damaged kidney. Method SHR were selected to receive MSCs infusion respective and the Elastic/collagen ratio , the expression of hemoxygenase was carried out. Results MSCs can lighten active damage and tubular necrosis in hypertensive kidney, anti-fibrosis effect ion were also observed. MSCs can also regulated the expression of HO in local tissue. Conclusions MSCs can also lighten active damage and fibrosis in kidney, up-regulating HIO expression at the same time to provide renal protection.
