| 摘 要： | 本文５４例分化性甲状腺癌中，治疗前血清甲状腺球蛋白（ＳＴｇ）大于１５ｎｇ／ｍｌ者１６例，其ＳＴｇ升高与肿瘤大小（Ｐ〈０．００１）和血运转移（Ｐ〈０．００１）有关。１６例ＳＴｇ升高者中，１１例行患侧腺叶切除，术后９例ＳＴｇ降至正常范围，另２例ＳＴｇ仍较高者伴有残留转移病灶。因此我们认为分化性甲状腺癌中升高的ＳＴｇ多为肿瘤组织异常释放所致，腺叶切除术后较高水平的ＳＴｇ常提示有残余或转移病灶，对治疗监测 |

| Abstract: | he serum thyroglobulin(Tg)in 54 patients with differentiated thyroid carcino Ma were determined.Elevated serum Tg occurred in 16 of 54 patients before treatment, and the elevation was related to tumor size and distant metastases(P<0.001). In 9of 11 patients with serum Tg elevation the serum Tg levels fell to normal afterhemithyroidectomy, except for 2 with metastatic tumor. The results showed thatthe elevation of serum Tg in differentiated thyroid carcinoma might be an abnormalsecretron by tumor tissues, and elevated serum Tg following lobectomy might be anindicator of the presence of residual or metastatic tumor. |
