桡管综合征的解剖学基础

摘    要:本文对30具成人尸体60侧上肢的桡管组成、上下口及通过其中的神经血管,进行了解剖观测。1.桡管上口的旋后肌弓22.00±5.35%为腱性(Frohse弓)。2.桡侧腕短伸肌的锐利腱缘有40.00±6.32%越过旋后肌上缘,并与桡神经深支(骨间后神经)接触。3.桡管下口前缘65.00±6.16%为腱性。据观测及有关文献的复习,作者认为这些硬质的腱性结构均可成为压迫神经的潜在因素,但桡侧腕短伸肌腱可能最有意义,其次为Frohse腱弓和旋后肌腱性下缘。

Abstract:In 30 dissected aduli cadavers (60 sides ), the compos ition, the upper and lower opening, and the vessels and nerves of the radial tunnel are closely otseived. (1 ) At the upper opening the supinafor arch is tendinous in 22% of specimens; muscular in 8%; and mixed in 70%. ( 2 ) In 40% sides of the specimens, the sharp tendinous margin of extensor carpi radralis brevis goes beyond the upper ossous nerve. (3 ) The anterior margin of the lower opening is tendinous in most of the specimens. According to the observations and related literatures the anatomical base of the radial tunnel syndrome is discussed. The author take the view thai ihe sharp tendinous margin of the extensor carpi radialis brevis is the main lacier associated with the radial funnel syndrome and there follows the tendinous supmalor arch. The tendinous lower margin of thesupinalor can also become the anatomical factor referable to the disease. As for the fanbranches of the vessels, it may be of on consequence.
