| 摘 要： | 作者用32只裸小鼠,将人肝癌移植瘤株LTNM_4瘤组织进行肝内移植,结果31只裸小鼠肝内形成肿瘤结节,移植成功率为96.8％;同时给以腋下异位移植,虽此法成功率为100％,但常位移植有所需组织少、生长速度快、更接近临床状态等特点,是研究肝癌的独具特色的动物模型。 |

| Abstract: | We established a model oforthotopic transplantation of human he-pato-carcinoma. The tissues from humanhepatoma LTNM: were surgically im-planted into the livers of 32 BALB/cnu/nu nude mice. These led to thedevelopment of tum or masses in thelivers of 31 nude mice; the rate of successwas about 96. 8% (31/32), Furthermore, thismodel was applied to the studies on thetumor inhibitory action of DHAQ-PBCA-NS,a hepatie targeting preparation foranticarcinoma. Satisfactory effect wasattained. The result has proved theapplicability of this animal model toresearches on hepatic targeting prepara-tions against carcinoma. |
