间苯三酚在无痛人工流产术中的临床应用

目的探讨间苯三酚在无痛人工流产术中的应用价值。方法门诊要求无痛人工流产术者200例。随机分为两组：间苯三酚组（100例）在麻醉诱导前10min静脉注射间苯三酚40mg,然后依次静脉注射高乌甲素0.2mg/kg＋雷米芬太尼0.5μg/kg＋丙泊酚1.5～2.0mg/kg行麻醉诱导,术中间断推注丙泊酚维持麻醉。对照组（100例）静脉注射阿托品0.25mg,余同间苯三酚组。结果间苯三酚组的体动发生率、低氧血症发生率低于对照组,苏醒时间短于对照组,手术医师满意度高于对照组。但是间苯三酚组的术中出血量略多于对照组,缩宫素使用率也稍高于对照组。结论间苯三酚应用于无痛人工流产术,使无痛人工流产术的副作用更少,工作效率和安全性得到显著提高。

Clinical evaluation of spasfon for painless artificial abortion

Objective To evaluated the effect and safety of Spasfon for painless artificial abortion. Methods 200 ASA physical status Ior II patients undergoing painless artificial abortion were randomly divided into 2 groups（n= 100）. Ten minutes before anesthesia induction, 40 mg spasfon was given Via vein in Spasfon group. Atropine 0.25mg was given in Control group. The patients in two groups were induced with 0.2mg/kg lappaconitine, 0.5ug/kg remifentanil and 1.5-2.0 mg/kg propofol. Additional propofol was given according to the patient＇s response to surgical stimuli. Results Compared with Control group, Spasfon group had less overall consumption of propofol, shorter awake time, fewer incidence of intraoperative body movement, hypoxemia or postoperative uterine contraction pain. There was no side effect with increment of intraoperative bleeding and oxytocin in Spasfon group. Conclusions Spasfon used as additive in painless artificial abortion can provide better efficient, fewer side effect and higher safety.
