风湿病发病与三焦瘀滞关系探讨

以郑钦安“万病一气说”为指导，在整体把握“三焦气化”与“伏邪”致病特点的基础上提出“三焦瘀滞、邪气伏藏”是风湿病发生的病机之一，同时也是导致该类疾病反复发作、治愈难、预后差的重要原因。结合临床应用对风湿病的中医治疗提出了新的思路与方法。

To Investigate the Pathogenesis Relationship of Rheumatism and Triple Energizer Stasis

Guided by ZHENG Qin-an＇s thought of Million diseases generated by qi, this paper put forward to one of the pathogeneses of rheumatic disease occurrence, which were gtasis in triple energizer＇and evil factor hiding to affect health＇, after entirely holding the pathogenic characteristics of qi activity of triple energizer＇and hidden evil factor： At the same time gtasis in triple energizer＇and evil factor hiding to affect health＇are the important fac- tors for leading to recurrent disease, stubborn disease and bad prognosis disease. Aiming directly at the clinical application the thinking way of TCM treatment on rheumatic disease were drawn off as well as the optional drugs.
