| 摘 要： | 采用FM100-色彩试验仪,测定了中心视力正常(≥1.0)、眼底有drusen 早期AMD 病人60例(87眼)和正常对照组51例(73眼)。结果显示,早期AMD 与正常组相比,色彩分辨力明显异常,且损害程度与drusen 数量及形态有关。此外,对侧眼有晚期AMD 较对侧眼没有晚期AMD 色彩分辩力损害更重。提示FM100-色彩试验可作为AMD 的早期诊断手段。 |

| Abstract: | 60 cases (87 eyes) in patients with early age-related macular degeneration (AMD) withdrusen and 51 normal subjects (73 eyes) were examined with FM100-hue test.All patientswere 1.0 or better in visual acuity.The result showed that total error seoreof the FM100-hue test of the early AMD was compared with that of the normal subjects,difference be-tween the two groups was highly statistically significant.The loss of hue discriminationcorrelated with drusen severity.The eye whose fellow eye had suffered from advaaced AMDwere more seriously injured than the other eye which had not suffered from advanced AMD.Thus,the FM100-hue test may provide a means for early diagnosis of AMD. |
