| 摘 要： | 目的推广小切口胆囊切除术。方法回顾分析1993年3月至2003年3月8300例小切口胆囊切除术开展情况,探讨小切口胆囊切除术的适应证和操作要点。结果全组小切口成功8051例(97.0%),延长切口249例(3.0%),严重并发症有:胆道损伤10例(0.12%),术中出血8例(0.09%),漏胆32例(0.38%)。结论小切口胆囊切除术具有操作简便,组织损伤小,出血少,疗效确切,并发症少等优点,值得在临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objectiv To popularize the method of operation of minicholecystect omy. Methods The clinical application in 8300 cases of mincholecystectomy from M arch 1993 to March 2003 were analysed. To discuss the indications for mincholecy stectomy and operate skill.Results The 8300 cases (97.0%) wore cured with minic holecystectomy, 249 cases (3.0%) incision lengthened .Serious of complications 10 cases (0.12%) of bile duct injury .8 cases(0.09%) of massive haemorrhage ,3 2 cases (0.38%)of leak bile.Conclusion This method has the advantage of simplif ied manipulation and loss bleeding, fewer complications and higher success rate. To popularize in the clinical. |
