| 摘 要： | 目的：本探讨了壳聚糖用于当归水煎液澄清分离时对阿魏酸提取率的影响。方法：在研究过程中对絮凝澄清液、醇沉液、水煎液进行相关成分的TLC鉴别及含量测定，并作平行比较。结果：壳聚糖絮凝剂对当归水煎液能起到一定的澄清作用。结论：壳聚糖絮凝剂能有效保留当归水煎液中大部分指标成分，阿魏酸的含量及转移率较醇沉法为高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of chito san on the content of ferulic acid in the process of clarifying water decoction of Angelica sinensis. Methods:Active ingredients in water decoc tion, chitosan-settled solution and alcohol-settled solution were assayed by T LC and compared with each other. Results:The results indicated that chitosan could preserve active principles while clarifying Angelica sinensis decoction. Conclusion:The transferring ratio and content of ferulic acid with chitosan-settling method are higher than those with alcohol- settling method. |
