摘    要:目的:探讨血液流变性变化在急性重型胰腺炎(SAP)微循环障碍中的作用,并分析SAP血液流变性各参数间的相互关系。方法:采用FASCO-94全自动粘度快速仪测定血液流变性各参数。结果:入院24小时内SAP患者血液流变性各参数显著增高;而急性轻型胰腺炎(MAP)患者与健康对照(N)组比较无明显差异。SAP患者高切变率下全血粘度与血细胞比容和红细胞变形指数呈显著正相关,低切变率下全血粘度与血细胞比容、红

Abstract:Objective:To explore the role of hem orrheological changes in pancreatic m icrocirculatory distur- bance in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) .Methods:The param eters of hemorrheology were mea- sured by FASCO 94full automatic viscosity fast determination instrument.Results:All hem orrheological pa- rameters in SAP group were higher than those in other groups.There was no significantdifference in these pa- rameters between mild acute pancreatitis(MAP) and healthy control groups.Whole blood viscosity in high shear in SAP group was significantly positively correlated with hemotocrit and erythrocyte deform ability in- dex.Whole blood viscosity in middle shear had distinctly positive correlations with hemotocrit,aggregation of erythrocytes index,and erythrocyte deform ability index.Whole blood viscosity in low shear significantly posi- tively correlated with hemotocrit and aggregation of erythrocytes index,and hemotocrit was significantly posi- tively correlated with aggregation of erythrocytes index and erythrocyte deform ability index.Conclusions:The results from hemorrheological parameters showed significant changes in SAP patients and no obvious changes in MAP patient.The increase of blood viscosity and hem otocrit,the enhancementof the tendency of erythrocyte aggregation and the decrease of erythrocyte deform ability are causative factors of pancreatic m icrocirculatory disturbances in SAP.
