| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨卡孕检预防产后出血的临床效果。方法 对2001年至今收住院的产妇200例,分为卡孕栓组100例,催产素组100例。产妇年龄孕周、产次、新生儿体重等无明显差异。结果 产后2h卡孕栓组无出血,催产素组出血4例。结论 卡孕栓用于产后出血表现出作用迅速、起效快、副作用少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective to discuss the clinincal effect of Methyl Carboprost Suppositories preventing postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 200 cases puerperal in hospital from 2001 year to now,Methyl Carboprost Suppositories group 100 cases,oxytocin group 100 cases.There is on obvious difference in puerpara's pregnancy age,parity,neonates weight.Results none hemorrhage in methyl caboprost suppositories group,4 cases hemorrhage in oxytocin group after 2h.Conclusion methyl carboprost suppositories exhibit effect quickly,start fast,less side effect. |
