| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良平片无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝的治疗价值。方法采用平片治疗52例腹股沟疝,观察手术时间、伤口疼痛、术后活动能力恢复、并发症及复发率情况。结果手术时间平均49min,术后出现阴囊积液1例,术后复发1例,无切口感染。结论改良平片无张力疝修补术操作方便、经济、恢复快、复发率低,特别适用于经济落后地区,是理想有效的疝修补术。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of modified film tension-free herniorrhaphy in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods 52 cases of inguinal hernia were treated by film.The operative time,ability recovery,postoperative pain,complications and recurrence rate were studied.Results The average operation time was 49 minutes. One case of fluid in the scrotum and one case recurred. No wound infection happened.Conclusion Modified film tension-free hernia repair is easy to operate,economic,quick recovery,and the relapse rate is lower and particularly applicable to economically backward areas. It is effective to hernia repair. |
