生物反馈联合电刺激治疗女性尿失禁的疗效

目的探讨盆底生物反馈联合电刺激治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)和压力/急迫混合性尿失禁(MUI)的疗效。方法40例女性尿失禁患者,其中SUI 22例,MUI 18例,所有患者均行24 h排尿卡记录、尿常规检查、阴道抬举试验、尿垫试验以及盆底功能评估测试。通过AM800B尿失禁治疗仪对患者进行盆底生物反馈联合电刺激的训练治疗,治疗时间20~30 min,每周治疗3次,疗程2个月。结果随访4~19个月,平均10.9个月。40例患者治疗的总有效率为75.0%(30/40),其中SUI有效率为77.3%(17/22),MUI为72.2%(13/18)。无阴道感染等不良反应发生。随访中5例患者治疗后症状有复发。结论盆底生物反馈联合电刺激治疗女性SUI或MUI安全有效,治愈率较高。治疗后如能继续坚持Kegal操盆腔肌肉锻炼,有助于预防尿失禁的复发。

Effect of biofeedback pelvic floor training with electrical stimulation on female urinary incontinence

Objective To analyze the effect of biofeedback pelvic floor training with electrical stimulation on female stress urinary incontinence(SUI) and mixed urinary incontinence(MUI). Methods Forty female patients with urinary incontinence were enrolled,among whom 22 suffered from SUI and 18 had MUI.All the patients were subjected to 24 h urination card recording,urinary rountine test,Marshall-Marchetti test,pads test and pelvic floor function evaluation.AM800B device was employed for biofeedback pelvic floor training with electrical stimulation.The treatment maintained 20-30 min,three times a week for 2 months. Results The patients were followed up for 4 to 19 months.The total effective rate was 75.0%(30/40),with 77.3%(17/22) for SUI and 72.2%(13/18) for MUI.No vaginal infection or other complications were observed.Five patients experienced recurrence after treatment during the follow up. ConclusionBiofeedback pelvic floor training with electrical stimulation is a safe and effective treatment for female SUI or MUI.Kegal training after treatment helps to prevent from recurrence.
