Clinical effect analysis of Mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery in the treatment of multiplebenign breast tumors

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery in the treatment of multiple benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 98 patients with multiple benign breast tumors were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with Mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery.The therapeutic effect,surgical related indicators and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 89.80%of the observation group was higher than 61.22%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scar length,hospitalization time,operation time and scar healing time of the observation group were(3.15±0.26)cm,(3.86±0.76)d,(19.37±4.60)min and(3.11±1.42)d,which were all shorter than(26.81±7.41)cm,(5.13±1.18)d,(36.20±9.81)min and(7.38±2.27)d of the control group,and intraoperative blood loss(13.14±2.35)ml was less than(80.65±4.18)ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 4.08%of the observation group was lower than 16.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mammotone minimally invasive breast resection surgery is effective in the treatment of multiple benign breast tumors.It can effectively improve the curative effect,improve the surgical indicators,and reduce the complications.It is worthy of application.
