孕产期保健管理信息系统设计与实现

目的系统论述孕产期保健管理信息系统开发设计实践,为建设类似信息系统提供参考。方法基于北京市妇幼保健网络信息系统孕产期保健管理子系统开发建设与升级改造进行案例研究。结果在需求分析基础上,明确系统建设内容和主要功能,采用适宜的技术架构和网络架构进行开发设计,实现对孕产期保健管理工作的信息化支撑保障。结论孕产期保健管理信息系统实现了社区、产检机构、分娩机构之间的数据实时共享,有助于优化管理流程,促进孕产期保健管理职能机构的业务协同。

Design and Implementation of Maternal Health Management Information System

Objective This paper systematically discusses the development and design of the Maternal Health Management Information System,so as to provide reference for the construction of similar information system.Method Case studies were conducted based on the development,construction and upgrading of health care management subsystem of Beijing maternal and child health care information system.Result On the basis of demand analysis,it clarified the construction contents and main functions of the system,adopted appropriate technical architecture and network architecture for development and design,and achieved information support and guarantee for the management of maternal health care.Conclusion The system has achieved real-time data sharing among community health centers,birthinspection institutions and delivery institutions,which has helped to optimize management pipeline,promote collaboration among maternal health care management institutions.
