Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of doctor-nurse collaboration health education on the mood,self-efficacy,quality of life and pregnancy outcome of elderly pregnant women.Methods 150 cases of elderly pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given medical-nursing collaborative health education.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SAS),delivery self-efficacy scale(CBSEI-C32),short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36),incidence of pregnancy complications and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),while the total score of CBSEI-C32,the scores of self-efficacy expectation subscale and result expectation subscale were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of eight dimensions in SF-36 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications of premature rupture of membranes,anemia,gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the incidence of fetal distress,macrosomia and neonatal hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Doctor-nurse collaboration health education can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of elderly pregnant women,improve self-efficacy and quality of life,reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications and improve delivery outcomes.
