戊酸雌二醇联合复方玄驹胶囊对子宫内膜薄型不孕症患者血清性激素LIF VEGF的影响

目的探讨戊酸雌二醇联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症的疗效及对患者血清性激素、内膜白血病抑制因子、血管内皮生长因子水平的影响。方法将96例子宫内膜薄型不孕症患者按治疗方案不同分为两组,各48例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇治疗,观察组予以戊酸雌二醇联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗。比较两组卵泡发育情况、排卵率、妊娠率,治疗前后检测子宫内膜厚度、血清性激素(孕酮、雌二醇、促卵泡成熟激素)、内膜白血病抑制因子及血管内皮生长因子水平。结果治疗后观察组卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度显著大于对照组(P<0.05),妊娠率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清孕酮、雌二醇水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血清促卵泡成熟激素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),内膜白血病抑制因子、血管内皮生长因子水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论戊酸雌二醇联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症可增加子宫内膜厚度,促进卵泡发育,调节血清性激素、内膜白血病抑制因子及血管内皮生长因子水平,提高妊娠率。

Effect of estradiol valerate combined with compound Xuanju capsule on serum sex hormone,LIF and VEGF in patients with thin endometrium infertility

Objective To investigate the curative effect of estradiol valerate combined with compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of patients with thin endometrial infertility and the effect on serum sex hormone,endometrial leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods A total of 96 patients with thin endometrial infertility were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans,each with 48 cases.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate,and the observation group was treated with estradiol valerate combined with compound Xuanju capsule.Compare the development state of follicles,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups.The endometrial thickness,serum sex hormoneprogesterone(P),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]levels,endometrial LIF and VEGF levels were measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the follicle diameter and endometrial thickness in the observation group were significantly larger than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Serum P and E2 levels were significantly higher than those of the control group,serum FSH levels were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the endometrial LIF and VEGF levels were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The combination of estradiol valerate and compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of thin endometrium infertility can increase the thickness of the endometrium,promote follicular development,regulate serum sex hormones,endometrial LIF and VEGF levels,and increase pregnancy rate.
