应用UPI检测大学生抑郁症状结果分析

目的检测大学生抑郁症状及其群组分布。方法采用“大学生人格问卷”（UPI）检测大学生3558例，筛查无抑郁症状、抑郁反应和有抑郁症状者，x^2检验抑郁分类组间差异。结果大学生抑郁症状检出率12．8％；女生检出率15．3％、农村检出率13．8％、多子女家庭的学生检出率13．7％和大三学生检出率20．6％，分别高于男性（11．3％）、城市（11．0％）、独生子女（9．8％）、大一学生（11．9％）和大二学生（12．2％）。结论大学生抑郁症状易患群组为女生、农村籍、多子女家庭的学生和大三学生；女生重抑郁症状为男生的1．7倍；UPI抑郁症症状检测与CCMD-3抑郁症状诊断有对应关系。

Analysis of university students' depressive symptoms by university personality inventory

Objective To check university students' depressive symptoms and its group distribution. Methods 3558 university students were tested by University personality inventory(UPI), and the depression status was classified into no depression, depressive reaction and depressive symptoms groups. Statistical differences were analyzed by Chi-square test. Results 12.8% university students suffered from depressive symptoms. Check ratio of depression was 15.3% in female students, 13.8% in students from rural areas, 13.7% in students from multi-child-family, 20.6% in junior, and these ratios were respectively higher than 11.3% in male students, 11.0% hi students from urban areas, 9.8% in students from one-child-family, 11.9% in freshman and 12.2% in sophomore. Conclusion The susceptible groups to depression are female students, students from rural areas, students from multi-child-family and junior. Severe depression in female students was 1.7 times higher than that in male students. There was corresponding relationship between UPI and CCMD-3.
