| 摘 要： | 目的 观察护理干预措施对肺癌病人呼吸困难的影响。方法 112例出现呼吸困难的肺癌病人按一定条件分为对照组和护理干预组,尽量使两组病人的一般情况相近。对照组给予常规护理,干预组病人给予最优护理的同时给予针对呼吸困难的心理护理。VAS和HAD评分量表测量病人呼吸困难程度和焦虑抑郁程度。结果 两周及四周后,护理干预组病人呼吸困难VAS评分显著高于对照组,HAD抑郁和焦虑评分显著低于对照组。结论 护理干预有效地改善了肺癌病人呼吸困难症状,降低了病人抑郁和焦虑程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the affect of nursing intervention for lung cancer patient with dyspnea. Method 112 cases patients with dyspnea were selected and divided into nursing intervention and control group. The characteristics in the two group are almost the same. Routine nursing was given for control group. The nursing group were given best routine nursing and psychological nursing focus on dyspnea. VSA and HAD scoring table were used to evaluate the degree of dyspnea, anxiety and depressed. Result after 2 and 4 hours, the VSA scoring in nursing intervention group is significant higher than that of control group. HAD depressed and anxiety scoring are significant lower than of control group. Conclusion The patients' dyspnea was effectively improved, and the degree of depressed and anxiety were also reduced.. |
