心脏介入诊疗术后并发迟发型心脏压塞的急救护理

总结了6例心脏介入性诊疗手术并发迟发心脏压塞的患者的护理经验。认为建立迟发型心脏压塞发生的预警机制,实现早期识别是抢救成功的前提;确诊后各部门快速配合,做好各项准备工作是抢救成功的关键;心包穿刺术的正确实施及护理是抢救并发迟发型心脏压塞的有效措施。经过正确判断、早期识别及抢救护理,救治成功5例,死亡1例。

Emergency care of patients with delayed cardiac tamponade after cardiac interventional therapy

This paper summarized the experiences of emergency care of six patients with delayed cardiac tam-ponade after cardiac interventional therapy. It is suggested that the key points of successful rescue are early detection and early-warning system of delayed cardiac tamponade,efficient cooperation and preparation among different departments after diagnosis,as well as correct implementation of pericardiocentesis and proper nursing care. Due to the right judgment,early detection and timely emergency care,five patients were rescued successfully and one case died.
